Green Thumb is a personal short film that I worked on during my final year at the Art Institute of Portland. I partnered with two of my peers to create a story that follows a little witch in training, who loves to garden. The concept developed from an illustration of balloons in a mason jar, and eventually Ellie a young witch was born.

Production was unique, as we used traditional animation, coloring the frames in Photoshop, to create a child-like feeling of innocence.
